  Ample headroom 6 feet 6 inches in the main salon, wide window ports light the main salon. Sleeping two with twin births in the private rear cabin, two in the large private Captain’s V-birth forward and two on the main salon’s sofa. Pressure hot/cold water systems, roomy two-shelf ice box, Origo alcohol single stove burner. Shower / Head with vanity mirrors, cabinets and shower drain pump. Head has 5 gal holding tank. 40 Gallon fresh water holding take and 25 Gallon Diesel fuel tank, gives long range @ .75 gal per hour with fuel efficient two cylinder 20 H.P. Yanmar diesel engine.
Above decks, the center cockpit with pedestal steering is sheltered from winds and sea. The Harstad ketch rig keeps sails easy to handle and all lines are rigged for single handed sailing, also roller furling headsail. New Marine VHF radio 2006, A/C shore power and 25 foot cable, Two Anchors 22 & 25 lbs, 25 feet chain and 200 feet 1/2 inch rode.

The Harstad 31 is a versatile cruising design from the board of the renowned naval architect W.I.B. Crealock.

    The Harstad 31 is a very unique center cockpit that was produced in 1976 & 1977 with a pilothouse and rigged as a ketch. There were about a dozen of these Crealock designed yachts built by the Harstad Trawler Company in Costa Mesa, California. It was designed as a Motorsalor for motoring or sailing and it could also trailered having tabernacle masts or rigged to go under bridges.
    Designed with ample headroom throughout, wide window ports light the airy main salon. Sleeping two with twin births in the private rear cabin, two in the large private Captain's V-birth forward and two on the main salon's sofa.
   The galley is complete with pressure hot/cold water systems, roomy two-shelf ice box, and single burner stove top. The shower is a spacious marine lavatory with two vanity mirrors and electric sump pump to pump shower water out.
